Greg Matheny pressed his first shutter button at age 21 using an old Petri 35mm camera, then evolved over the last 50 years (good grief…), both technically and creatively, to his current obsession with the art form. In addition to making photographs with full-frame digital technology, he collects Fine Art Photography and other art forms, and dabbles in oil painting and writing to give free rein to a latent, yet persistent muse. He has only recently entered public display with work shown at CHAC Gallery, the Colorado Photographic Arts Center, and the Denver Architecture Foundation.
